ALLAN D. MILLINGTON

Allan Millington is a United States Army veteran and currently the Director of Data Conversion and Business Intelligence for the Office of Financial Management Business Transformation Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He has worked diligently for the VA for the past 11 years. Allan attended the State University of New York Polytechnical Institute. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management and is now pursuing his Master’s Degree in Cyber Security and Global Leadership Studies from National Defense University.

 

In February of 2014, Allan founded Universal Kitchen to help feed and provide toiletries to individuals experiencing homelessness and veterans in our Nation’s Capital. Universal Kitchen's food program provides dinner Friday through Sunday to veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and low-income people in the Washington, DC area.
